On December 11, 2013, the New York Supreme Court, Bronx County, granted The Burrell Law Firm’s motion to vacate a 6 year-old default judgment entered against a client.
The court also granted The Burrell Law Firm’s motion to dismiss the debt claims asserted against the same client in connection with a failed startup venture.
